Vinyasa Flow helps build and maintain strong bones, muscles and connective tissue to maintain a high metabolism, healthy posture, and an active and alive body. This style of yoga focuses on constant motion and rhythmical movement, with less time spent in stationary poses. Suitable for most levels or those wanting a stronger practice.
Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic practice that synchronises the breath with body movement and incorporates smooth transitions between postures. A typically faster class than Hatha, this is great for beginners to advanced.
A slow moving hatha class that offers a nurturing and supportive pace to focus on foundational postures and breathing practices. This class is ideal for beginners or those who like a slow practice.
A soothing and nourishing practice that focuses on deeply resting the physical body to balance the nervous system and ease the mind. A wonderful class for stress relief and self-care. The practice we don’t know we need until we try it! All levels encouraged.
